Technical Product Manager (TPM) – Contractor LATAM

About the Role
Our client is building a virtual and physical debit card program seamlessly linked to a stablecoin wallet. Running on Visa via Stripe Issuing, with Bridge as the KYC/identity partner, the product enables everyday real‑world spending directly from stablecoin balances.
The team is targeting a launch in late November / early December. To reach this milestone, we are looking for a hands‑on Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive technical requirements across engineering, compliance, and the vendor ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Independently write and scope clear, detailed, and decision‑ready technical requirements and PRDs.
- Map and manage webhook‑ and API‑based data integrations across internal services and external partners.
- Serve as the technical driver across Stripe Issuing, Bridge, Visa, and internal engineering to resolve dependencies and streamline integrations.
- Partner with compliance and Bridge to ensure smooth, compliant identity and onboarding flows.
- Own execution toward the Q4 launch, covering end‑to‑end card lifecycles (issuance, activation, authorization, settlement).
