What we are looking for

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer (Node.js & React.js) to join our regional team in 100% remote mode from LATAM. In this role, you will be key in the design of scalable architectures, the creation of high-impact user experiences and the evolution of our processes through advanced Artificial Intelligence-assisted development methodologies.

Main Stack

  • Frontend: React.js (v18+), TypeScript, Vite, Material UI / Tailwind CSS, HTML5/CSS3.
  • Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, Express / NestJS, RESTful APIs, GraphQL.
  • Databases: Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL/RDS) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB).
  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, ECS/EKS), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI).
  • Control & Quality Version: Git, Jest / React Testing Library.
  • Methodologies & AI: Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Spec-Driven Development (SDD), integration and assistance with Generative AI.

Main Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Fullstack Development: Design, implement and evolve scalable architectures, developing dynamic web interfaces in React.js with TypeScript and robust services in the backend with Node.js.
  • Database Management: Design efficient schemas, optimize queries, and interact with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL/RDS) and NoSQL environments.
  • Infrastructure and CI/CD: Manage and provision cloud resources (AWS) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), deploy containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and automate CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI) for continuous deployments.
  • AI-Assisted Development and Engineering: Incorporate specification-driven development (SDD) methodologies and structure advanced prompts to guide AI tools in agile code production and optimization.
  • Quality and Good Practices: Ensure the security, stability, and performance of proprietary and AI-assisted code by creating unit and integration testing suites (Jest / Testing Library) and code reviews.
  • Technical Consulting and Agile Collaboration: Act as a link between business requirements and technical execution, translating functional needs into efficient architectures within an Agile framework.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: +5 years of verifiable experience in Fullstack software development.
  • Solid technical mastery: Expert mastery of Node.js, React.js and TypeScript.
  • Databases & Cloud: Experience in modeling and queries with PostgreSQL/SQL, as well as practical knowledge in AWS, CI/CD pipeline integration, and container management with Docker.
  • English Level: Intermediate / B2 (Ability to maintain fluent conversations, articulate technical solutions and participate in international meetings).
  • Methodologies: Proven experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Soft Skills: Capacity for abstraction, proactivity, good interpersonal skills to interact with business areas and autonomy to work remotely.

Nice to Have / Desirable

  • Experience in advanced orchestration with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform / CloudFormation.
  • Knowledge of event-oriented architectures (SQS / SNS / Kafka) or Serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway).
  • Familiarity with map integration APIs, software design patterns, and secure development practices.
