OX Security is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a key technical resource in the sales process, collaborating closely with our sales and engineering teams to provide expertise on our security products. You will be instrumental in demonstrating product capabilities, addressing customer needs, and ensuring successful implementations, all while fostering strong relationships with clients in a fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide technical support during the sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies based on customer requirements.
Engage with clients to gather feedback and insights to improve product offerings and address any technical concerns.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and technical documentation tailored to client needs.
Conduct product training sessions for both clients and internal staff to enhance product understanding and usability.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the security technology sector.
Strong understanding of security solutions, cloud computing, and networking technologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective technical support and relationship building.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
