Why AmazingTalker?

Have you ever thought that customer service doesn't just answer questions, but can directly influence how a product evolves?

At AmazingTalker, customer service is our closest frontline to our users. You will hear genuine voices from students in 200+ regions and see the real needs of 10,000+ teachers. These firsthand insights are not just recorded—you are encouraged to proactively propose hypotheses, collaborate across departments, and drive change.

We don't look for people who only reply according to SOPs. We are looking for people who can identify product opportunities from a customer complaint letter.

This is a fully remote part-time position, suitable for those who want to gain hands-on startup experience and need flexible hours. In a team that has completed Series A funding and was selected by Forbes Asia as one of Asia's Top 100 Emerging Companies, you'll learn how to solve problems with "smart thinking" rather than brute force.

About the Role

This position is part of the customer experience team, and you will assist students and teachers in resolving various platform usage issues through email, online customer service, and other channels.

But this is not just about "taking and closing cases." You will need:

- Proactively organize user feedback and identify recurring pain points

- Cross-departmental communication (product, engineering, operations) to coordinate root solutions

- Continuously optimize FAQs and SOPs so the next person can get started faster

Your work results directly affect user satisfaction and become an important input for product iteration.

The Journey (How You Will Grow)

Within 1 month:

- Fully understand AmazingTalker's product vision and company goals

- Become familiar with how each platform function operates and customer service SOP

- Begin independently handling basic customer service cases and revise FAQs

Within 3 months:

- Improve individual response efficiency and customer satisfaction

metrics - Proactively collect user needs and pain points, propose specific product or process improvement

suggestions - Able to independently explore assumptions, define problems, and propose optimization plans
