We are looking for a Middle Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle — from planning to delivery — ensuring high-quality and timely execution. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced Agile environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Be Driving:

Managing the full project lifecycle — from planning to execution — ensuring timely delivery;
Overseeing several projects simultaneously within a dynamic Agile environment;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, designers, product managers, and support;
Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives;
Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies;
Ensuring effective resource allocation and workload balance;
Maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and team members;
Using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to track tasks and performance;
Continuously improving workflows to enhance team efficiency and productivity;
Implementing and tracking delivery metrics to assess performance.

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

3+ years of experience in project management within Agile environments;
Basic understanding of software development technical aspects;
Experience in risk management;
Experience working with support teams;
Proven track record in client-facing environments;
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence;
Experience working with Scrum and SAFe frameworks;
