Maintaining a pipeline of growth experiments, documenting learnings, and turning successes into repeatable playbooks.
Managing and optimizing budgets for ROI, reallocating resources based on performance data.
Reporting insights and learnings directly to the Head of Marketing, showing clear impact on in-world user growth.

Proven experience in performance marketing and growth, owning campaigns end-to-end (ads, landing pages, funnels, reporting).
Growth experience in gaming, web3, immersive platforms, or digital communities.
Strong background in A/B testing and funnel optimization.
Experience with affiliate, referral, or ambassador programs.
Analytical mindset with expertise in conversion tracking, attribution, and ROI measurement.
Ability to combine high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
