What You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer inquiries across multiple communication channels, providing timely and accurate information while maintaining a friendly, empathetic, and solution-focused approach.
Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates, managers, and supervisors to ensure all customer interactions meet the highest quality standards. Participate in team-building activities to foster a collegial and supportive environment.
Continuous Learning: Engage in coaching and role-playing sessions to sharpen your skills and grow within the team. Share feedback and ask questions in a collaborative, open setting.
Maintain Standards: Meet personal KPIs, call quality standards, and schedule adherence while ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer interaction.
Flexibility & Support: Assist with follow-up calls, special projects, and any other tasks as they arise, contributing to the success of both your team and the company.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries across voice, email, webchat, and social media in a timely, accurate, and empathetic manner
Document and annotate client interactions with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy and security guidelines
Recommend solutions that align with customer needs, client products/services, and company policies
Cross-sell products and services where appropriate, contributing to the company’s growth
Collaborate with the team and management to continuously improve the customer experience
Meet and exceed personal quality assurance scores, KPIs, and schedule adherence requirements
Participate in special projects and contribute to continuous process improvements
