What You Will Do

Research Operations (50%)
Build and maintain research repository and insight management system
Create research templates and playbooks for common study types
Train PMs and designers on research methods through workshops and 1:1 coaching to maintain quality standards
Manage research tools and participant recruitment infrastructure
Measure and improve research velocity and impact metrics

5+ years user research experience with a strong portfolio; comfortable in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments
Expert qualitative interviewer; strong survey and quantitative skills and can pair research with product analytics/experiments
Delivers crisp, actionable insights and reusable artifacts (personas, frameworks) that teams actually use
Synthesizes signals from research, analytics, CX, and sales into cohesive direction for product
Has built or significantly improved research operations (repos, workflows, intake) with systems for tracking insight adoption/impact
Motivated to design and own new research operations systems on a growing product team to enable non-researchers to run safe, useful studies with clear guardrails
Fluent with modern research and analytics tools (e.g., Dovetail/UserTesting, survey + product analytics, Figma/Notion/Slack, AI tools for analysis/synthesis)
Fintech/crypto or DeFi experience is a strong plus
