We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our team

Your main tasks will be:

Campaigns launch and optimization (web)
Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, internal CRM, and other tools
Channels scaling without CPA growth, improving ROI and other key metrics
Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts, and creatives

We expect from you:

At least 3-5 years of experience in UA (Meta)
Experience with automation in UA and AI tools would be perfect
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Startup mindset
English is B2 or higher
Russian C1+
