Now we’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist who wants to build organic growth, not just optimize pages. Someone who thinks strategically, moves fast, and sees SEO as a product lever. A hands-on expert who can own the full SEO function end-to-end, generate bold hypotheses, and turn them into measurable traffic growth across international markets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a scalable Google SEO strategy for US and LATAM markets.
Conduct regular technical SEO audits and drive implementation with the product/dev team.
Build and manage a structured content production process (hire and manage copywriters, create briefs, control quality).
Develop and execute a link building strategy.
Generate and validate SEO growth hypotheses.
Track performance and report on organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Requirements:

4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
Proven experience with international SEO projects (US, LATAM, ES/PT markets).
Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and link building.
Experience managing copywriters and scaling content production.
Advanced knowledge of tools such as Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, or SEMrush.
Strong analytical mindset and ownership attitude.
Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus.
