We need an English-fluent QA Analyst, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

Design, document, and manage test plans across teams.
Execute manual functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
Define and maintain test case repositories and coverage matrices.
Coordinate test efforts across multiple features and releases.
Run release readiness checks, perform risk assessments, and triage bugs.
Standardize QA documentation and best practices.
Partner with engineers to identify where and when to introduce automation.
Mentor junior QA contributors (analysts or engineers) as the team grows.

Requirements:

3+ years in QA roles with increasing responsibility, focused on manual testing.
Proven ability to design comprehensive test strategies and coverage plans.
Experience testing complex SaaS products.
Legacy Stack: Proficiency in PHP 7, MySQL, Vue.js, JavaScript, and infrastructure hosted on DigitalOcean.
Modern Stack: Hands-on experience with NestJS (Node.js), NextJS (React), TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS services including SQS/SNS, ECS, and Fargate.
Testing Tools: Strong knowledge of Playwright, Postman, and TestRail (or similar QA tools)-Your expertise and input will help shape and evolve our QA toolset.
Deep familiarity with regression cycles, exploratory techniques, and bug triage.
Ability to advocate for quality and influence engineering/product decisions.
Strong written communication and QA documentation skills.
Experience in fintech, event-driven systems, or regulatory testing is a plus.

Compensation:

The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
