About the Role

We’re seeking a Product Manager to own and drive the development of a core product area within Uscreen. You will play a critical role in shaping intuitive, scalable, and impactful solutions that help our customers grow and succeed. This is a high-impact role where you’ll balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to deliver products that delight customers and drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete roadmap for a defined product area, from vision through execution.
Lead a dedicated squad (engineering + design resources) to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
Define and communicate a clear product vision, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to gather insights and prioritize opportunities.
Use data, customer feedback, and market research to inform product decisions and iterations.
Ensure seamless integration and consistency of your product area with the broader Uscreen platform.
Drive adoption, usage, and measurable business impact through product improvements.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or technology-driven businesses.
Proven track record of delivering products or features that drive customer engagement, retention, or revenue growth.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to partner effectively with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
Ability to simplify complex workflows or concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.

Bonus Points For

Experience working with creator-facing platforms or SMB-focused products.
Background in SaaS platforms that serve subscription businesses, digital communities, or video/content creators.
Familiarity with lifecycle strategies such as onboarding, retention, and engagement.
Demonstrated success in scaling product areas from 0 → 1 or from early adoption → widespread use.
