Requirements:

5+ years of experience in backend development
Fluent Russian is mandatory
English at Intermediate level or higher
Solid experience with PHP 8+
Practical experience with Go
Strong knowledge of Laravel 9+
Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Clickhouse
Clean code writing and familiarity with modern development principles: KISS, DRY, SOLID, YAGNI
Confident use of Git & GitHub

Nice to have:

Experience in the FinTech industry
Understanding of Web3 technologies
Hands-on experience with API integrations
Experience with Unix systems administration

Soft skills:

Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
