We’re in search of a skilled Lead Backend Developer to spearhead our backend development projects. You'll collaborate closely with our frontend team to create digital products that epitomize speed, security, and scalability. Quialifications

Profound knowledge of software architecture and design
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or similar field
Over 3 years of experience in backend development
Mastery in Node.js, ExpressJS, TypeScript, and Prisma/TypeORM
Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka and RabbitMQ
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
Adept at API design and integration
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Problem-solving prowess with a proactive approach
