Develop and manage bi-weekly and monthly content calendars
Craft on-brand content including tweets, threads, Telegram posts, and community updates
Identify and capitalize on relevant trends, cultural moments, and opportunities to elevate brand visibility
Monitor and engage with audiences on Telegram and Twitter/X, fostering authentic community interactions
Organize and lead community initiatives such as AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and promotional campaigns
Build and manage a high-performing social and community team, including external partners and freelancers
Coordinate with design, product, and content teams to ensure alignment across communications
Track, analyze, and report on community growth, engagement, and key performance metrics
Conduct A/B testing on content formats and posting schedules to optimize performance
Develop and execute innovative, high-impact social campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness

Proven expertise in copywriting, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to Web3 audiences
In-depth understanding of community management, particularly on Telegram and Twitter/X
Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills
Prior experience managing social teams, content calendars, and multi-platform execution
Familiarity with Web3 culture, terminology, and market trends (preferred, not required)
Demonstrated creativity with the ability to develop engaging, timely, and original social content
Experience leveraging analytics tools to track performance and inform decision-making
High level of adaptability and ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
