We’re hiring a Head of Growth to lead this effort. This is a foundational role that reports directly to the CEO. You won’t just manage marketing. You’ll shape it. You’ll create the strategy, launch the first programs, and build the foundation for a team in the future.

Role Overview

This role requires ownership, initiative, and follow-through. As the Head of Growth, you will define our marketing approach and lead its execution. You’ll decide what needs to be done, in what order, and with which tools or collaborators.

You will lead outbound campaigns, build systems for inbound marketing, and drive demand through content, outreach, partnerships, and performance channels. This is a builder role. There is no playbook. You will create the plan, set priorities, and make things happen.

You will work closely with the CEO and have a clear view of business goals. When support is needed, you will identify it. Whether that means hiring contractors, finding freelancers, or recommending new tools, we’ll help you get what you need to succeed.

Marketing Strategy and Planning

Create and own our marketing roadmap.
Prioritize initiatives based on impact and available resources.
Align marketing goals to business objectives and revenue targets.
Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, including forecasts and spend plans.

Outbound Marketing

Lead outbound marketing programs such as cold email, direct outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, and paid media to generate qualified leads.
Write or oversee messaging for outbound sequences, collaborating with internal stakeholders or contractors as needed.
Track and optimize outreach performance across all channels, including paid campaigns, to improve response and conversion rates.

Inbound Marketing

Oversee content development, including blog posts, case studies, and downloadable resources to drive organic traffic and leads.
Manage SEO strategy and work with technical resources to improve search visibility.
Build and maintain email workflows and lead nurturing sequences to convert top-of-funnel traffic into pipeline.

Performance Reporting

Track and report on key marketing metrics such as lead volume, CAC, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Create clear dashboards and summaries to keep leadership informed on marketing performance.
Use data to identify trends, spot issues early, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Resource and Vendor Coordination

Manage relationships with freelancers, agencies, or contractors supporting design, content, or ad execution.
Own implementation and management of marketing tools and platforms.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and deliver results.

You're strong with written content — from outbound messages to web copy. You can clearly explain what we do and why it matters.

Execution

You know how to get things done. You’ve run campaigns, launched content, tested channels, and seen what works.

Budget Ownership

You’ve built and managed a marketing budget before. You understand how to balance cost, impact, and ROI.

Tools

Comfortable with HubSpot, Apollo, Notion, Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.

Decision-Making

You’re comfortable setting direction with incomplete information and adjusting as you go.

Communication

You present ideas clearly, report outcomes directly, and work well with leadership.

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $2,500 to $3,500 per month (USD), negotiable based on advance experience and qualifications.

This is a full-time role with 8-hour shifts, totaling approximately 40 hours per week.
