This is a critical role, where you will partner with your teammates, to provide high-touch assistance ensuring our executives can devote their attention to achieving the company's mission. The ideal candidate will possess an uncanny attention to detail, able to prioritize effectively, and thrives in a tech remote environment.

Display self-directed initiative in achieving outstanding work outcomes
Based in North America and comfortable working in Eastern Time Zone

What you’ve done:

Minimum of 5 years of experience providing high-touch, concierge-like support to a C-suite Executive
Managed intricate and time-sensitive scheduling demands efficiently and proactively, while prioritizing conflicting requirements
Organized detailed travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas
Collaborated on and coordinated projects and event planning activities, including off-site meetings and employee retreats
Managed a high volume of emails, flagging important messages and coordinating calls and meetings as necessary
Drafted and prepared confidential correspondence on behalf of C-suite executives
Proficiently handled expense reports
