What you'll do

Guide and coordinate multiple international teams to ensure seamless execution of content creation and translation efforts. Foster a collaborative environment and empower team members to achieve their best work.
Oversee the development and distribution of engaging chess content tailored for international audiences. Ensure high-quality and culturally sensitive translations of published content and user-facing interface copy.
Identify, cultivate, and maintain strategic partnerships with key individuals and companies across various international markets. These collaborations will be essential for expanding our reach and enhancing our global presence.
Serve as the subject matter expert on global cultural and regional differences. Apply this knowledge to refine our content strategy, business development efforts, and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

Significant experience in leading and managing international teams.
Demonstrated experience in content and social media team management.
Proven ability to lead a diverse workforce in a remote work environment.
