About This Role

Contractor Foreman is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our fully remote team as an independent contractor. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customer, guiding them through onboarding, providing ongoing training and support, and ensuring they get real value from our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless experience and help customers reach their goals. Job Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding:

Guide new and trial customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and full utilization of our platform.
Conduct kickoff calls to align customer goals and provide tailored implementation plans.

Account Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships and advocating for customer needs.
Monitor customer health metrics, including usage, engagement, and satisfaction, to proactively address potential issues.

Training and Support:

Provide customers with resources, training, and best practices to maximize their success with Contractor Foreman.
Facilitate one-on-one training sessions and regular check-ins.

Retention and Growth:

Drive customer retention by ensuring satisfaction and achieving measurable outcomes.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Provide feedback to internal teams to improve product features and customer resources.

Qualifications

Experience:

2+ years in customer success, account management, or a similar role (preferably in SaaS or software for the construction industry).
Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving retention.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and act on customer health metrics.
Proficiency with customer success tools (e.g., ChurnZero, CRM systems like Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
