Your Role

As a Contributor Technical Specialist at Polygon Labs, you will be at the forefront of enabling leading contributors (e.g. NFT Marketplaces, oracles, bridges, DEXs, wallets, and solutions providers) to leverage Polygon’s blockchain infrastructure to build, deploy, and optimize decentralized applications and chains. Your role will be crucial in driving the adoption of Polygon’s technology across various industries by providing technical expertise, strategic guidance, and hands-on support to our contributor ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

Technical Enablement: Work closely with the web3 team to design and architect scalable, secure, and efficient solutions on the Polygon Network. Conduct technical workshops, deep dives, and architectural reviews to empower consumer payments, infrastructure, and other web3 native dApps.
Solution Co-Development: Collaborate with contributors to co-create innovative blockchain solutions that fully utilize the AggLayer’s capabilities. Ensure that contributor solution architecture is optimized for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
Strategic Alignment: Align contributor solutions with Polygon’s strategic goals and initiatives. Identify and capitalize on joint go-to-market opportunities that amplify the impact of Polygon’s technology in the market.
Contributor Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to builders and providers (i.e., Contributors collectively), understanding their needs and translating them into successful blockchain solutions on Polygon. Support joint sales and marketing efforts to drive ecosystem growth.
Thought Leadership: Stay updated on the latest trends in blockchain technology including interoperability, scaling, user onboarding, and developer experience. Share best practices and innovations and contribute to the community through blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and public speaking engagements.
Feedback Loop: Serve as the voice of contributors within Polygon Labs, providing feedback to the product and bd teams to guide the development of new features and services that better meet the needs of contributors and the ecosystem.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Proven experience in a developer-facing role in the blockchain-related field such as Enablement, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, BD, and Sales
Deep understanding of foundational blockchain technology is required with regular experience with Web3 dApps.
Deep knowledge of the Web3 infrastructure stack and the key players in the space is required.
Thought-leadership in public good infrastructure is a plus.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM and partner management tools.
Experience in developing and shipping internal or external productivity tools is a plus
