Coordination of the content production process, working with both clients and the internal team. The role includes coordination, communication, and delivery control.

Responsibilities

Coordinate content production between clients, writers, SMMs, and designers
Manage multiple parallel content requests and ensure deadlines are met
Handle ongoing client communication across many active chats
Maintain content calendars and track publication schedules
Assign briefs and requests to appropriate team members
Monitor draft status and follow up proactively with executors
Deliver drafts to clients and manage revision cycles
Flag delays, risks, or overload early
Ensure content moves smoothly from request → draft → approval → publication

You have at least 2 years of relevant experience (account management, client communications, marketing project manager)
You have a good level of crypto/Web3 familiarity
