What You’ll Do

Be the go-to person who helps the team stay aligned, focused, and unblocked—through meetings, tools, and follow-through.
Build and maintain workflows that supercharge execution: from calendar orchestration to meeting prep, internal comms, and beyond.
Use AI and automation (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier, Reclaim, Slack bots, etc.) to reduce busywork and scale your impact.
Lead execution on people-centered projects: team offsites, onboarding, hiring support, internal updates, vendor coordination.
Keep the operational pulse—tracking priorities, nudging follow-ups, and making sure nothing important falls through the cracks.
Partner with leads to make strategy real: you’ll turn ideas into action and next steps into outcomes.

Nice to Have:

1–3 years in an ops, coordinator, EA, or project-support role in a fast-moving org.
Familiarity with internal tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, Reclaim, and AI apps.
Experience managing projects or complex logistics with multiple stakeholders.
Comfort with light financial workflows (expenses, vendor payments, travel budgets).
