Role Overview:

As a Backend Developer, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the server-side logic and integration of our applications. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Node.js code
Implement performance and quality modules to ensure robust and scalable applications
Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
Design and implement data storage solutions
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Node.js and Next.js
Understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and server-side CSS preprocessors
Proficiency in code versioning tools, such as Git
Familiarity with development aiding tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
