We are looking for an Access Management Specialist to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Process and evaluate access requests for a range of internal systems (e.g., AWS, Grafana, GitLab, Tableau, Athena);
Provision and revoke access where applicable; troubleshoot access-related issues;
Configure and maintain access roles, group structures, and project setups across different platforms;
Provide ongoing access management support and system-level maintenance;
Contribute to integration efforts between access-controlled systems and internal tools;
Participate in internal team initiatives such as access reviews, audits, and documentation improvements.

Essential professional experience:

1+ years of experience as Security specialist/Engineer;
Knowledge of authentication and authorization principles;
Familiarity with identity lifecycle processes and system access policies;
Experience with user, group, and role provisioning across various systems;
Understanding of access control concepts: RBAC, least privilege, SoD;
Strong knowledge of Active Directory (user/group management, permissions);
Troubleshooting and problem-solving related to permissions and access issues;
Ability to analyze system structure and design role-based access models;
Attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive access data;
Experience working with access provisioning in systems such as AWS, Grafana, GitLab, Tableau, or Athena;
Understanding of system integration from an access management perspective;
Hands-on experience configuring roles, permissions, and projects;
Previous involvement in access audits or cleanup initiatives;<
